Uzm. Dr. Cemil Işık Sönmez graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2006 and completed his specialization in Family Medicine in 2012. In 2015, he started to work as an Assistant Professor at Düzce University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, and served as the Head of the Department and editor-in-chief of Konuralp Medical Journal between 2016-2020.
